What to Expect
Bring a Friend or Family Member
If you would like to bring one friend or family member please feel free to, I want my clients to feel as relaxed as possible. Please note: they will not be allowed in the treatment room due to insurance, however they can help themselves to a drink and chocolates in the “Living Room”.
Children & Pets
Please avoid bringing children with you as it is a clinical environment, however if you absolutely must please let me know beforehand so I can prepare the space for your children. They will not be allowed in the treatment room due to insurance. There is a strict no pet policy in the clinic unfortunately apart from guide dogs and assistance dogs.
Makeup
It is preferable that you come in without makeup on, however please don’t panic if you have makeup on, I will just ask you to wipe off the areas we will treat with a makeup wipe beforehand.
When You Arrive
Please don’t turn up any earlier that 5 minutes before your appointment, if you do you will have to wait outside the clinic if I am in a treatment with another client, I like to provide a discreet service to all my clients so I don’t allow The Living Room area as a Waiting Room. WhatsApp or Text 07525 014296 to let me know you’re here and I will get back to you when the space is ready for you.
Safety
I hope you understand that since I am at the clinic most days on my own, I will lock the door behind you, however keys will be kept in the front door incase of an emergency. This provides a discreet and safe environment for yourself and I.
Discounts
I pride myself of making aesthetics as affordable and accessible as possible, with providing a luxury treatment with no expense spared. My pricing is already very competitive with the service provided, location and cost of living. Please note you get 10% off your first appointment, this will be automatically added at the time of payment. However, if already receiving a discounted treatment or package such as; Profhilo® (2 Sessions, 4 Weeks Apart), you will not get discount off this since it is already discounted. For pricing queries please contact me beforehand.
Products I Use
The products I use on my clients, I use from personal experience knowing that they are my favourite to work with and how long they last on myself and my clients. At the time of booking if you would prefer a certain brand of dermal filler, anti-wrinkle or skin booster etc then please let me know ahead of booking, there may be a small price alteration, but it gives me time to order in the specific products for you.
Covid-19 and Sickness
COVID-19 is very much still around and I can assure you that I take every step in protecting my clients when coming into the clinic. There are multiple hand sanitiser pumps located around the clinic. I also have masks, so please let me know if you would feel safer with me wearing one and I would be happy to do so. All I ask is that if you are feeling unwell or have covid symptoms, please contact me ASAP and I will reschedule your appointment free of charge but I would personally like to wait 14 days until seeing you next. If I am sick, I am unable to work and do not get sick pay. Please bare this in mind if falling sick before treatment and still considering coming in. You will be turned away if I feel you are unfit for treatment and your deposit will be taken.
The Consultation Process
All consultations are done in ‘The Living Room’ area, in which you will be offered a complimentary drink and then to discuss the best treatment options for you that day. Pricing will always be discussed before treatment also, as I feel it’s important to be transparent with clients.
No Obligation Appointment
There is a non obligatory rule at Mrs Page Aesthetics, if you would like time to think about your treatment options or the nerves took the better of you, your deposit will be immediately refunded or transferred to a new booking date. There is no pressure here, my main priority is you. Please be aware that at the time of consultation or treatment, you may be recommended to have another treatment or refusal of treatment if I feel it is not beneficial and aligns with my morals and your expectations.
Nervous Clients
I specialise in making nervous clients feel relaxed, understood and ready before any treatment. Coming in for a free consultation is sometimes best so clients are able to meet me, see the clinic and talk through the treatment, how we can manage pain through treatment and discussing any concerns. I will never rush a client when having a treatment and pride myself in providing some distraction methods. These include; stress balls, skin vibration method, lidocaine topically and injected (if needed), as well as using calming essential oils within the clinic room, and also a Television with Netflix on to distract clients further. You can also choose any type of music on request, even meditation mantras or soothing sounds of the ocean (request this on the day). If I feel you are too nervous for treatment and it could put me at risk, I will be honest and advise against treatment and look at alternatives or recommendations for other treatments outside of my clinic.
Late Policy, Cancellation & Deposits
I ask all clients to arrive on time to their appointment, if you don’t we may not have time to complete the treatment and you will loose your deposit. If you need to cancel your appointment and reschedule please do this within 72 hours of your appointment otherwise you will loose your deposit as product is already bought in for the client after that time. We have a strict no refund policy on deposits unless attended appointment and decided against treatment, deposits can however be transferred to another appointment if within the 72 hour notice period. We require a small deposit for most treatments and will be deducted off your total on the day of treatment.
Parking
There is discreet free all day parking at Mersham-le-Hatch The Courtyard, please park in the car park and walk around to the left and find us in the left ‘Garage’ number 3-5 (look for the 2 bay trees outside, you can’t miss them!)
Age Policy
All clients have to be 18 years or over for any of our treatments. We will not treat anyone younger than this even with parental consent. If you are lucky enough to look younger than 25 you may be asked for ID. Please bring your ID along with you just in case you are asked to have a copy taken to keep on file.
Pre-Treatment Advice
In order to get the most out of your treatments, there are a few precautionary measures to consider before coming into the clinic. To limit or avoid swelling and bruising as well as getting the best results the quickest, you can take arnica tablets in the week before your appointment and also taking antihistamines. You can use arnica gel on the area being treated and will be given an arnica gel after any dermal filler treatment. Avoiding alcohol 72 hours before your appointment will help avoid bruising as alcohol makes bleeding more susceptible, also limiting coffee on the day of treatment. Drink lots of water on the days before and day of your appointment as well as eating before you arrive to avoid light headedness.
Aftercare
Aftercare is also just as important as having your treatment done, you have to take certain measures in order to get the best results. I pride myself on giving every client, no matter what treatment they’ve had, with a luxury aftercare bag. This contains some vital aftercare information specific to your treatments as well as arnica gel (if having dermal fillers), and some pamper products complimentary to continue your self care at home.
